What We Cannot Help With
We are not able to assist with the following types of requests: identifying the owner of a specific phone number (we cannot perform individual investigations); legal advice about phone harassment situations (please consult an attorney or contact law enforcement); disputes with a phone lookup service listed on this site (contact that service directly); requests to remove a phone number from our tool (our tool does not maintain a database of numbers); or FCRA background check requests (we are not an FCRA-regulated service).
For Law Enforcement
ReversePhoneNow does not log or store individual lookup queries against user identities. We do not have a database of who looked up which numbers. We are not a telecommunications carrier and do not have access to call records, subscriber information, or location data. Law enforcement inquiries should be directed to the relevant telecom carriers, which maintain subscriber records and are subject to legal process.
For Data Removal Requests
If your phone number appears in our lookup results and you want to know how to reduce your online footprint, please see our Privacy Policy page for guidance on data broker opt-out resources. ReversePhoneNow does not maintain its own database of phone number-to-person associations β our results come from real-time carrier APIs, not stored subscriber data. There is no listing on our site to remove.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all substantive contact form submissions within 2β5 business days. If you have not received a response within one week, please check your spam folder before resubmitting. We receive a high volume of form submissions and may not respond to messages that are off-topic, promotional, or do not contain enough information to act on.
