Information We Collect

ReversePhoneNow collects two categories of data: anonymous usage analytics, and contact form submissions. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to measure page views, traffic sources, and general geographic distribution (country-level). This analytics data does not identify individual users and is not linked to any personal information. Contact form submissions include whatever information you choose to provide (typically a name and email address).

Phone Number Lookup Data

When you use our phone number lookup tool, the number you enter is processed entirely within your browser using the open-source libphonenumber library. The number is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party API. We do not log which phone numbers you look up. We do not store lookup queries against your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any other identifier. The only network request the tool makes is to load the libphonenumber library from the jsDelivr public CDN on your first lookup — no number data is included in that request.

Cookies

ReversePhoneNow uses cookies for two purposes: anonymous analytics (to measure page traffic) and basic site functionality (such as remembering your navigation state on mobile). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not share cookie data with data brokers. If you block all cookies, the site will still function normally — the lookup tool and all content are accessible without cookies.

Analytics

We use anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand site performance and improve our content. Our analytics setup does not create individual user profiles, does not track users across websites, and does not sell data to advertisers. Analytics data is retained for no more than 24 months.

Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

Some pages on ReversePhoneNow include affiliate links to third-party services. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the third-party service may use cookies to track the referral. These third-party cookies are subject to the privacy policies of those services, not this policy. We disclose affiliate relationships on relevant pages and in our Disclosure policy.

Children's Privacy

ReversePhoneNow is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact form, please contact us immediately and we will delete the information.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you (limited to contact form data). To exercise these rights, contact us through our Contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. California residents have additional rights under CCPA; Virginia residents under CDPA; EU/UK residents under GDPR.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
